And itâs funny that you write that you were hoping the school girl character depiction of my younger self would jump in the water, as we had a friend who âaccidentallyâ often âfell inâ the water on the way to school so she didnât have to go to schoolđ Ironically, if my sisters or I didnât want to go to school, we didnât have to - Mum was a teacher and a radical in believing you donât need school to get an education.
Here's to bad-ass old ladies, and to us joining the tribe of bad-ass old ladies one dayđâ¤ď¸đđ (or maybe we're already there, depending on the perspective of age - when Mum was 60 she said to her 80-year-old mother, "I feel so old", Nan's reply, "You're still a spring chicken."đ)

Wow, Kokoro sounds like an amazing book! I can't wait to read it! This idea of us humans being the channels for bringing forth what wants to be created keeps coming up in my awareness all over the place. And then to connect that idea with the Gem feels really like the meat of it all. That we can bring forth what wants to be created each in our own treasure-ful way. Yes, maybe like you say, that's what we're being called to do: to identify our Gem archetype and to co-create with the Universe to manifest what wants to be expressed through us, into our material realm.

My whole life is focused on this. I also see the patriarchal influence here. As I drop deeper into my body, into the feminine intuition, the oracular wisdom, the cyclic movements of woman, I see how much we have been programmed away from this innate connective communication with nature, life and each other. It is the missing piece right now.
