Love this. We all need that wake up call when we have the natural reaction to the button getting punched...and it does so many times a day and for many different reasons. When I look at Pluto in Aquarius and Uranus moving toward Gemini, I feel we are in the challenge of what you say about 'what are we cultivating and what are we practicing.' Our vision is our power but we haven't learned that at an early age. So we have to keep cultivating that and choose to envision what we'd rather see. I know this, but my emotions don't always follow this. So good that we at least have the understanding and if we have patience with ourselves, we'll make it the practice. Thanks so much for the reminder today. ✨😊✨

Thanks so much for reading and responding Shellie, and yes, the astrological transits right now are phenomenal - I read that the last time we had these transits was during the French Revolution and the American Civil War.

And yes, how amazing if our communities all remind each other of the power of coming back to equanimity, and of envisioning and dreaming into being the New Earth we all want. May it be so♥️🙏🏼🕊

Thank you for this thoughtful inspiration, Camilla. I do believe that adversity opens the opportunity to reach deep and move in the direction of our best selves. For me, that means cultivating love and compassion, and of course practicing terraphilia, drawing on humans' innate connection with this planet and all of the lives we share it with. Blessings to you!

Thanks so much for reading and for your thoughtful response Susan. And yes, I’m completely aligned with what you say about cultivating love and compassion and practicing terraphilia too - and I love that you use the word terraphilia to point towards our connection with this beautiful planet 🌎 and all the lives we share with it. Blessings received and blessings bouncing back to you too🥰♥️🙏🏼🕊

“Fear is contagious—but so is calm.”

— what a brilliant line Camilla!

I’ve been going through some things in my own life that have provoked a lot fear, worry, and anxiety and it’s been upsetting for me to see how, when I succumb to these feelings, it impacts those around me.

But as you so poignantly said, when I am calmer and more present I am also thrilled to see how that affects those around me.

It’s a delicate dance.

Thank you for this lovely piece. :)

Hi Michael, thanks for reading and responding as always, but I’m sorry to hear you’ve been going through stuff and fear, worry, and anxiety have been arising.

Of course in our humanity, positive and negative feelings do arise and pass, and we can’t help how we feel.

But perhaps it’s in the *clinging* to the feeling that it gets magnified, which may then cause more suffering for ourselves and others. I know - it’s another one of those spiritual principles that’s easy to know on an intellectual level, but remembering and practicing letting go are a different story.

But just the fact that you are aware of feeling these feelings Michael, you’re so far ahead of where I was at your age (or at least the age I’m guessing you are😁)

It *is* a delicate dance like you say, and it also points towards the importance of practicing the art of extreme self care♥️🙏🏼🕊

Thank you Camilla. I really appreciate your kind, supportive, and I must say rather wise words. They were actually really helpful to read. And for my current experience, I think you’re right, I was doing a bit too much clinging onto emotions that weren’t serving men. :)

you're welcome Michael, and you're very sweet to say "rather wise words" which did give me a chuckle. Just call me Yoda 😂 And I'm curious about your last word which I wonder if it's a kind of serendipitous typo - if you meant to write 'me' or 'men'? it's interesting to me as the patriarchy have tried to dictate that men shouldn't feel emotions, which is silly, but the other end of the spectrum occurs when we cling to emotions - hence once again coming back to the importance of awareness, balance and equanimity♥️🙏🕊️ (my wise words for today😉🦉)

Hahaha you’ve gotta love a good typo! I meant to ‘me’ not ‘men’. But it is rather funny how that typo worked to sound like the silly dictates of the patriarchy. Hahaha.

Awareness, balance, and importance — Jedi Camilla’s wise words for Wednesday :) 🙃

These typos are getting ridiculous! I really must start double checking my comments before I hit reply! Haha
