A Reminder, Especially for Women
AND for Those Who Are Conditioned to Be "Nice," as Opposed to CULTIVATING LOVING KINDNESS FOR ONESELF FIRST, and then allowing it to extend out to others
Hello beloved reader,
Dr. Gabor Maté is an important voice in the continuing wave of the rising and re-claiming of the divine feminine. He’s a brilliant example of how the Rising of the Divine Feminine is not about gender. How it is about evolving our consciousness so that we can bring back the balance in ourselves; the conscious balance of yin and yang, the divine feminine and the sacred masculine, which I have a sense, will lead to bringing back the balance in how our human species interacts with our precious Mother Earth.
But I’m getting ahead of myself. A whole book about this subject is presently flowing through me and onto the page.
In the meantime, I want to share how I’ve absolutely adored everything I’ve read from Dr. Gabor Maté, and I love every conversation with him that I’ve listened to. I especially love his book The Myth of Normal: Trauma, Illness, and Healing in a Toxic Culture, which I wrote about in this Substack post two years ago: Original Medicine.
I was also delighted…
